A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Block Manager to join an extremely well respected estate agent based at their office in Barnt Green. My clients have a lovely team and excellent reputation and are looking for a diligent candidate who wants to work as part of a quality independent agent.

As Assistant Block Manager, what’s in it for you?

Your Role as Assistant Block Manager:

  • Assisting with effective management of the residential block management portfolio
  • Be the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and residents
  • Deal with all aspects of the portfolio assigned, including site visits and any repairs
  • Ensure company hits service agreement levels
  • Assist with the service charge collection
  • Assisting with managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries – ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients and tenants.
  • Assisting with periodic property inspections and reporting
