Qualifications

• Experience surveying domestic properties and assessing works to meet defined standards and targets.
• Knowledge of housing standards such as Decent Homes and HHSRS.
• Understanding of asset management principles within social housing or a similar environment.
• Experience working directly with residents, communicating clearly and sensitively.
• Ability to analyse data, compare solutions and make evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of energy efficiency and sustainability programmes.
• Undertake and audit energy and sustainability surveys across residential properties.
• Evaluate improvement options and recommend solutions to enhance asset performance.
• Work with contractors and internal stakeholders to monitor sustainability initiatives.
• Produce performance reports highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
