A large NHS organization in Ipswich is seeking a part-time Assessor/Coach to join their Faculty of Education. This role focuses on business and leadership apprenticeships at levels 3 and 5, coordinating individual programmes and group teaching sessions. Ideal candidates will have experience in coaching or assessing apprentices and a strong understanding of apprenticeship requirements. We have an exciting opportunity to join an established team as an Assessor/Coach within our Faculty of Education, working across all sites. Apprenticeships are increasingly important to the Trust, and you will work as part of the Apprenticeship Delivery Team to run this service to meet the Trust's 5-year business plan.
The Assessor/Coach is a key specialist role focusing on planning and delivery of our business and leadership apprenticeships training programmes, mainly at level 3 and level 5. This role is being offered part time for three days per week which must include a Wednesday, across both sites, fixed term/secondment until 31st October 2026. Interview for Corporate will be 16th October.
