We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Team Leader to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in assembly processes to step into a key role within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of assembly operatives to meet daily production targets
  • Monitor performance, ensure productivity levels are maintained, and quality standards are met
  • Allocate tasks and resources effectively to optimize workflow and reduce downtime
  • Provide training and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
