Overview

Teaching Assistant – Mental Health Autism ADHD

Location: Haywards Heath | Contract: Full-time, Term-time only | Salary: £90 to £105 per day

Join an innovative specialist school catering for boys aged 5-11 years with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), including those with Asperger’s Syndrome and those with a diagnosis of ADHD.

We honestly believe that, given the right environment and support, every child can flourish. We do not aim to replicate a mainstream school approach; rather we try to consider what approaches our particular pupils need to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant – Learning Support Assistant – SEMH - Autism - Asperger’s Syndrome to support pupils to flourish. You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals to deliver tailored support and make a real difference in children’s lives.
