Our client is a well-established and fast-growing asbestos and environmental consultancy providing a vast range of asbestos services to a mixed portfolio of clients across the country. Due to acquiring new contracts and current business requirement, they are currently in the process of employing a high calibre home‑based Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Plymouth area. They will consider applications from Ivybridge, Tavistock, Looe and the surrounding areas.

Purpose of the Role: Covering a mixed bag of contracts within the areas designated by the client.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have attained the P403/P404 certificate or the equivalent RSPH certificate.
• Significant and varied experience working within this role and within the asbestos industry.
• Well versed with Health & Safety procedures for asbestos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good client‑facing and organisational skills.
• Interest in any of p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4‑stage clearances, re‑occupation and personal air testing on various properties.
• Monitoring asbestos contractors on site and ensuring compliance with Asbestos Health and Safety legislation.
• Collating and producing accurate reports as required.
• Liaising with the company’s mixed portfolio clients on a regular basis, building and maintaining good working rapport.
• Traveling to sites as required; working independently and effectively.
