Based out of our central London office, with its own production studio and rooftop bar, we will work hand in hand with global and local marketing teams to develop top notch creative work.

The Role

draftLine is looking for an Art Director to work on the biggest beer brands in the world such as Budweiser, Corona, Stella Artois, etc. Reporting into the Creative Director, you will help raise the bar across our in-house agency portfolio of beer brands. You’ll bring strong conceptual thinking and craft, with a deep understanding of social first creative and what makes work resonate in culture. While you may touch activations and experiential occasionally, the core of the role is big, platform smart ideas and beautifully executed work across ATL, social, digital, film and photography.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Concept and art direct across social, digital, film, photography, OOH, print and design.
  • Bring beer and the alcohol category to life in a responsible but exciting way, balancing brand storytelling with commercial outcomes.
  • Be confident art directing product shoots with a strong eye for detail: styling, composition, pack, label, liquid and the “final 5%”.
  • Create social first ideas that feel native to each platform, understanding formats, creators, trends and what drives engagement.
  • Build visually compelling decks and sell work clearly, bringing ideas to life in Google Slides/Docs.
  • Collaborate with Creatives, Designers, Copywriters and Producers to push the thinking and protect the craft.
  • Stay on top of social, cultural, design and emerging tech trends, translating them into relevant, brand right work.
  • Be open to working in a creative team/partnership if the opportunity arises.
Who We’re Looking For

You will have had responsibility for delivering creative work to a high standard, from initial concept through to execution. You’ll be comfortable partnering with stakeholders, working with production, and iterating quickly while maintaining craft. Experience in FMCG is ideal, and alcohol category experience is a bonus.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Curiosity about culture and the latest trends, with strong judgement on what’s relevant
  • Start-up mindset with a can-do attitude, not afraid to make the role your own
  • Portfolio (Candidates without Portfolios will not be considered)
