Area Sales Manager – Lighting Manufacturer. Region: South of England. Package: £50k-£55k basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60k-£75K) + car/allowance + benefits.

The Role

As Area Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of a key sales region covering the South Central and West London patch. Your focus will be:

• Building strong relationships with electrical wholesalers to drive product sales.
• Influencing contractors to create pull-through demand.
• Growing revenue across an already established territory with plenty of potential.
• Hitting the ground running with the tools, support and product innovation to succeed.

What We're Looking For

• A hungry, ambitious salesperson with a proven track record in field sales.
• Experience selling into electrical wholesale or a similar route-to-market.
• Lighting background is a plus but not essential - aptitude and drive are what matter.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and deliver results quickly.
