Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist seeking a dynamic and rewarding role? An esteemed Architectural Practice in the heart of Leamington Spa is looking for a talented individual to join their expanding team. Role & Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Lead the coordination and technical delivery of projects of varying sizes across all work stages.
- Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality technical documentation, including planning, tender, and construction packages.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with Building Regulations, CDM, BSA, and other statutory requirements.
- Client & Contractor Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients and contractors, contributing to and leading design team meetings.
- Technical Review: Review technical information and assist in resolving construction queries.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support junior team members across multiple live projects.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualifications: A relevant technical qualification (Degree/HND/HNC).
- Experience: At least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Vectorworks is preferred but not essential.
- Team Player: Enthusiastic, keen to learn, and willing to work as part of a team on a variety of projects of differing sizes and values.
