Qualifications

• Proven UK project experience as an Architectural Technician.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit preferred.
• Experience working across RIBA Stages 1-5.
• Background in high-end residential and/or heritage projects is advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workloads.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-end new builds, refurbishments, and listed building restorations.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and planning documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Contribute to design development and problem-solving across project stages.
• Assist with site visits, coordination, and contract administration during construction.
• Ensure high technical and design standards in projects.
