Are you an Architectural Technician with CAD experience looking to work for an expanding and closeknit team having worked on residential and commercial projects that wants to continue building in the right team and in it for the long run?

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members and other professionals to provide a full service to clients.
• Keep a complete record of all documents and project progress.
• Confidently use software such as AutoCAD to prepare specifications.
• Produce clear drawings and specifications on software.
• Assist in the management of a design process, helping to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Comply with planning permission and building regulations.

The Candidate / Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Thrive within a cohesive team displaying a high attention to detail in a communicative and effective atmosphere.
• Eager to work on commercial projects with an emphasis on supporting clients in a sustainable approach.
