We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our team at our Maidstone office. This isn't a role where you'll be stuck in a silo; you'll be a vital link in a multidisciplinary chain, working alongside our in-house surveyors, engineers, and project managers.
Our team handles a diverse portfolio - from complex education projects, to high-stakes fire remediation to large-scale public and private sector projects. You'll be taking the lead on detailed technical design packages and construction drawings. Navigating the complexities of the Building Safety Act and the latest Building Regulations. Leading on-site technical queries and ensuring design intent becomes reality.
We believe in supporting our people for the long term. Beyond offering a highly competitive package, we provide a full suite of benefits including life cover, critical illness insurance, and a personalised pension. More importantly, we offer a professional environment where you have the autonomy to do your best work and the support to reach your full potential.
If you’re looking for a settled team where you can truly contribute to the continued success and direction of the practice, we would love to hear from you.
