A reputable architectural studio in the United Kingdom is seeking a well-organised Architectural Designer to join their Planning team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, proven experience with at least 50 planning applications, and strong proficiency in Revit. Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in submitting at least 50 planning applications in the UK.
• Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in architectural roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings for planning applications.
• Manage and assist with planning applications from initial brief through to submission.
• Conduct planning research and apply relevant policies to designs.
