A busy architectural practice in North-West England is seeking an Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2) for a full-time role. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of large-scale projects, utilizing AutoCAD and REVIT software predominantly. Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2) required to join a busy North‑West practice on a full‑time basis. This company offers a flexible, hybrid working model. Please read on for further information.

Without question, this is one of the busiest architectural practices in the North of England. They work on a mixture of sectors including education and healthcare. They have been appointed to several high‑profile frameworks and as such are looking for exceptional talent to join their practice and assist with the development of various large‑scale projects.

The architectural workload here is primarily completed using REVIT software and is done to a BIM level 2 standard. It is important for applicants to have a good understanding of the software, however training can and will be offered to all staff.

Criteria to be considered for this role:

• Degree qualification to RIBA Part 2 level (MArch).
• 1 year post‑qualification experience preferred.
• AutoCAD & REVIT fluency (BIM level 2 experience preferred).
• All sector backgrounds will be considered.
• Excellent written / verbal communication.
• Have a passion for design and be able to demonstrate creativity and flair.
