Your Role

Atkins offers architects the opportunity to be part of exciting projects, working with a network of creative individuals all sharing the aspirational goal of design excellence. The role is ideal for those looking to take ownership of their own projects from concept through to delivery. Our primary focus is to ensure architects are challenged towards professional growth within a new team, exposing them to a multidisciplinary environment and client‑facing opportunities.

About you
  • This role requires a recognised Part I or II qualification and the ability to work within a team to produce detailed 2D and 3D design drawings, concept sketches and presentation graphics.
  • Self‑motivated, clear thinkers and strong team players with a willingness to learn and improve are essential.
  • We seek individuals who can consistently contribute to the successful delivery of complex, small, medium and large‑scale projects. Consistency and accuracy in all work produced are highly desired.
  • Highly computer‑literate, skilled in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite applications.
  • Excellent presentational and communication skills, both verbally and visually, using software and hand‑drawing skills.
  • Ability to work within a team effectively and deliver tight deadlines on time and on budget.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organised, efficient with attention to detail, and able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Flexible, positive and can‑do attitude, openness of approach and willingness to work as a team player.
