Qualifications

  • ARB registered (essential).
  • Previous experience in a UK architectural practice.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
  • Ability to balance multiple project demands with confidence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for high-quality, sustainable architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through RIBA Stages 1-6.
  • Develop initial design concepts into detailed technical packages.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
  • Use Revit daily as a primary design and documentation tool.
