Qualifications

• Experience working on projects in the UK/Ireland is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work across a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to delivery.
• Produce detailed design, technical drawings, and construction information.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in project management, including meeting programme and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.
• Attend client and design team meetings as required.
• Support delivery of projects within agreed timescales and budgets.

Due to continued growth and a busy project pipeline, they have a significant requirement for experienced Architects / Architectural Technicians to join their Belfast office.
