A leading training provider in the East Midlands is seeking an Apprenticeship Business Development Manager to develop employer partnerships and promote apprenticeship programmes. You will lead initiatives to achieve apprenticeship targets across Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, and Mansfield. The ideal candidate will have a background in apprenticeship sales and employer engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The role offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working environment.
Location : East Midlands (Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Mansfield)
Salary : £35,000 – £40,000
Contract : Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid
