A prominent healthcare organization in Neath is seeking an Apprentice Health Records clerk for a 12-month fixed-term position. The role involves providing high-quality service, including maintaining case notes and professional communication. Ideal candidates should have GCSE qualifications in Maths and English and familiarity with NHS systems. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, and offers an opportunity for career development in a supportive healthcare environment.
The Apprentice Health Records clerk will be responsible for providing a Quality Health Records Service in line with Procedural Guidelines & Standards and will in the course of their duties:o Ensure that all communication with patients and their carers is always undertaken in a professional manner.o Will be required to work in all sections of Health Records, and be flexible around working evenings/weekends, as this will be a requirement.
