What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you looking for an admin apprenticeship role in an education setting? We are recruiting an Apprentice Administration Assistant to join our friendly team providing comprehensive administration support across the school. The successful candidate will primarily support the IT Team in managing our student One:One devices, however you will also undertake general office duties including parent communications, photocopying and scanning.

Our One:One Apprentice Admin Assistant will be a proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will have:

  • Strong IT and organisational abilities
  • Effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • A calm, efficient and professional approach to multi-tasking in a busy environment
  • Experience of working in a school environment (desirable but not essential)
  • A team player with a genuine commitment to supporting children's education
