Overview

Technical Support/Applications Engineer – Gloucestershire – Permanent role. up to 2 days/week of home working. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide aftersales support and customer-facing technical assistance.
• Apply technical experience with pumps to support customers and aftersales activities.
• Utilise transferable knowledge across rotating equipment, compressors, turbines, generators as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Leverage CAD experience where required to support design reviews or modification requests.

Requirements

• Relevant technical experience with pumps and rotating equipment.
• Other transferable knowledge includes rotating equipment, compressors, turbines, generators.
• CAD experience.
• Driving license and ability to travel.
• Able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship (now or in the future).

Location

This role is based in Gloucestershire with travel to customer sites.
