Overview

Part-Year Permanent Contract from 01/02/26 - 06/11/26. Earn £13.78 per hour. Accommodation & meal packages available (optional) at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

Role

Make a difference as an AIGL Team Leader. This is an opportunity to take your career to the next level by leading a team of AIGLs to deliver safe, engaging, and enjoyable experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team, delivering activities and evening activities to ensure guests have a great time.
  • Interact with children and families to create strong first impressions, understand experiences, gather feedback, problem solve, and make suggestions to the Guest Experience Manager.
  • Be the main point of contact for parents and guardians of children visiting independently, and participate in overnight on-call duty as duty manager.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Able to demonstrate energy, drive and commitment.
  • Ability to treat people in a fair, consistent and respectful manner and value diversity.
  • Effective in developing and maintaining working relationships to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent organisational skills, communication and time management.
  • Passionate about making a positive difference to young lives.
  • Previous experience of leading teams is desirable (but not essential).
