Opportunity to join this Legal 500 listed practice and be part of one of the strongest agricultural law teams in the North West. You should have a minimum of 4 years PQE, as you will be expected to work with minimal supervision and manage your own caseload and clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle a mix of agricultural law and property matters.
  2. Work on agricultural land sales, farm sales (exceeding £2,000,000), tenancy agreements, diversification projects, and landed estates.
  3. Assist with succession planning, rights of way, boundary disputes, renewable energy schemes, and more.
  4. Manage a diverse client base, including local farmers, agricultural businesses, and NFU Panel work on a national basis.
  5. Maintain an existing caseload and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications and Compensation

The salary will depend on PQE level, with Associate, Senior Associate, and Legal Director roles earning between £50,000 and £100,000. Benefits include work/life balance, pension, generous holiday allowance, remote working options, bonuses, and more.
