Requirements

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:

• A strong interest in education and supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, and confidence working with secondary-age students.
• A valid DBS check (or be willing to apply for one through ABC Teachers).
• Previous experience in schools, tutoring, youth work, or coaching is desirable but not essential full training and support will be provided.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• A strong interest in education and supporting young people.
