Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• 2+ years of experience in aesthetic treatments.
• Ability to engage with clients and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients to create a welcoming environment.
• Advise clients on suitable treatments and products.
• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments.

Skills

Level 3 in Beauty Therapy

Minimum 2 years experience in an aesthetics environment

Education

Job Title and Location

Beauty Practitioner

Location: Brighton

Hours: Full Time | Flexible to work Saturdays, with late nights and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Advising clients on suitable treatments and products
• Performing a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments
• Providing outstanding customer service and fostering client confidence through better skin
• Supporting reception duties, diary management and general administration
• Retailing product sales and participating in promotional activity

Qualifications & Skills

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 highly desirable)
• Minimum 2 years experience in an aesthetics, day spa, beauty counter or salon environment
• Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Passion for delivering great customer service
• Experience meeting sales targets and engaging in promotional events
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
