Senior Advertising Sales Executive

(Remote – Bath office twice a month)

£28,000 base - £35,200 OTE

The role:

We’re looking for a passionate salesperson to help grow our advertising base across a mix of channels: print, audio, video, and digital. This role involves managing relationships with new, existing, and lapsed clients, guiding them to connect with our extensive audience.

  • Conduct professional sales presentations by phone, video, or in person.
  • Proactively approach potential clients through leads, calls, relationships, events, and more.
  • Explain the commercial benefits of our multi-channel audience reach.
  • Stay updated on brand, sector, and audience research to maintain expertise.
  • Present your sales pipeline to the Advertising Manager each month, with a 3-6 month forecast.
  • Achieve pre-booked targets for each issue/month, meeting a minimum of 60% of the target.
  • Negotiate pricing and detail costs when required.
