Job description
Responsibilities

Working as part of a multidisciplinary diagnostic team, you will undertake structured assessments, contribute to diagnostic formulations, and provide high-quality feedback and post-diagnostic support for families.

The postholders will play a pivotal role in the assessment, formulation and support of children and young people (0-18 years) presenting with neurodevelopmental conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and developmental delay.

The post holder will have competence in the assessment, diagnosis and management in Neurodisability (ASD and ADHD).

Qualified to work under a well-established integrated care model for neurodevelopmental assessments of children and young people in Bromley up to 18 years of age.

Qualifications and Competencies

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join as substantive neurodevelopmental practitioners (Advanced Nurse Specialist/Clinical Nurse Specialist/Allied Health Professionals).

The post holder will be part of a dynamic and experienced community paediatric team of Paediatric post holders; Associate Specialists, ASD specialists and Specialty doctors who provide the full range of community paediatric services.

Employment Terms

The post can be offered on a flexible or part-time basis.

Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
