Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism Team, Telford

£28.40 per hour in line with West Midlands MoC

Working structure: Hybrid – office/home/client JD attached with emphasis on completing Care Act Reviews and maximising health care funding. Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
