What skills and experience we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of monitoring the teaching of others and will be robust and resilient in supporting ECTs and ITTs. You will also support students and volunteers in the school, coordinating placements and timetables. In addition, you will oversee all admissions of new pupils; ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining a positive experience for parents/carers and the LA. You will manage and process applications, act as the first point of contact, liaise with the LA, attend tribunals and support transitions.
