VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable client with the Recruitment of an Administrator (Sports & Live Events) to join a growing and friendly team based in Belfast at their Titanic Quarter Location.

Location: Belfast, Titanic Quarter (office-based only)

Hours: Monday - Friday - Permanent

Salary & Benefits: £26,000, free parking, private medical, hotel discounts

Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of a busy Sports travel and Sports events organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys delivering excellent service, and is confident managing data, order fulfilment, and administrative processes. A genuine interest in sports, concerts, or live entertainment will be a great advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks and contribute to process improvements
  • Deliver friendly, timely support to customers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant customer records and documentation
  • Oversee order dispatch and manage communication with clients
  • Support project work, after-sales processes, and general admin duties
  • Update website content and assist with light front-end tasks
  • Work collaboratively across the business to promote efficiency and teamwork
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
  • Order Dispatch Accuracy: 98-100%
  • Dispatch Timeframe: Orders processed within 24 hours
  • Customer Data Accuracy: 100% compliant and up to date
  • Admin Task Delivery: All routine tasks completed within agreed schedules
