A local educational institution is looking for a part-time Administrator to manage office tasks and assist the Office Manager. The role involves maintaining effective administrative operations in a school environment. Key qualifications include strong IT skills and attention to detail. The administration team provides the first point of contact for staff, pupils, families and visitors to the school. The ability to keep a cool head under pressure is essential, as is a friendly and professional approach with all staff, children, parents and visitors alike. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy office within an educational setting. Arbor experience and an excellent level of IT skills are desirable, attention to detail is essential.
Reporting directly to the school Office Manager and Leadership Team, the Administrator is responsible for undertaking administrative and organisational processes as required, ensuring all administrative aspects of the school run efficiently through effective working practices.

Pay: NJC Grade D, Scale Points 3 - 4 (FTE Salary: £22,737 - £23,114 subject to pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8:00am - 4:00pm), Term Time + 5 Inset Days
