We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Administrative Assistants at our central Brighton campus. We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of the team who deliver an outstanding service for staff, students, and our external partners. We are offering an interesting and rewarding experience within a varied, creative department and opportunities for you to develop your skills as part of a friendly and supportive team. As our Administrative Assistant you will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of our curriculum teams and the delivery of cross college initiatives. You will provide administrative support to the Business Administration Manager, the Head of Learning and the Department Management team. It is a busy department with several work streams and events happening concurrently and an ability to multi‑task is key. A strong customer focus underpins much of the work with interactions with a variety of people and institutions: staff, students, parents, external suppliers, community, awarding bodies, local employers and stakeholders and awarding bodies.

Pro rata of £25,381 – £25,482 per annum (i.e. £15,434.39 – £15,495.81) 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. We have a fantastic range of staff benefits, highly competitive against what is offered by the private sector and other organisations, including:
