Faculty of Medicine and Health - Faculty Professional Services, School of Health Sciences

Salary on appointment will be £24,685 per annum with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum.

Contract: Full time, fixed term basis for 10 months, available from 26 January 2026.

Working with the Director of Practice Education and a Senior Data and Projects Co-ordinator, you will have a particular focus on management information, practice assessment and compliance support; alongside delivering a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will have a good standard of secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar role. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment.

You must be a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. The ability to carry out basic qualitative data handling, including organising, coding and summarising text-based information with supervision, would be advantageous.
