The Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive School Administrator/Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This is a key front-facing role, providing administrative support across the college and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate student records and update databases
  • Support attendance monitoring and reporting
  • Assist with safeguarding and compliance documentation
