A leading employment agency in the UK is seeking an Admin Officer to attend child protection conferences in Bristol. The ideal candidate will take minutes during meetings, type up notes, and send necessary follow-up reports. Strong minute-taking skills and confidentiality are essential due to the sensitive nature of the work. The role demands in-person attendance about 3–4 times a week in various locations around the city, with some flexibility for remote work from the office or home.

The role requires in-person attendance at child protection conferences (approx 3/4 per week) at various Bristol offices around the city (so travel is required via car, bus, bike, escooter etc). Other work duties can be completed in the office (City Hall) or at home
The BSO is required to take notes in person at child protection conferences (usually two hours long) around the city. Typing up notes, inputting conference outcomes into LCS database and sending follow up reports/letters to families and professionals.
Please note due to the sensitivity of the work area, confidentiality is essential and some conferences may contain distressing content.
