Job summary

A leading healthcare administrator is seeking an Admin Assistant in Stevenage offering £16 per hour. Responsibilities include managing Occupational Health administration functions and supporting the team with database tracking. Candidates should have customer service experience and strong IT skills. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days onsite. Training will be provided for those without OH Administrator experience.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing self-starter who is self-motivated, proactive, and organised.
  • Experience in accurate meeting minute taking.
  • OH Administrator experience is desirable; training will be provided if not.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Occupational Health administration function, managing a database.
  • Attend Stevenage site for scanning documents occasionally.

Overview

Admin Assistant - £16 per hour PAYE • 6 month initial contract • Stevenage • Open to full time or part time • Hybrid working full time 3 days onsite

Responsibilities
  • Provide an Occupation Health administration function (80%), including managing the occupational health database (Cohort), providing statistical analysis data, and supporting the OH Manager and OH team with filing and Excel sheet tracking.
  • Occasional attendance on Stevenage site for scanning documents.

  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills
  • OH Administrator experience is desirable; training will be provided if not
