Qualifications

• Strong understanding of confidentiality in practice.
• At least 12 months of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in health or social care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repeat prescriptions and ensure alignment with titration.
• Support NHS Electronic Prescription Service implementation.
• Review medication use and participate in team meetings.
• Liaise with in-house cardiac physiologist for investigations.

Skills

Postgraduate qualification in mental health therapeutics

Experience prescribing ADHD medications

Knowledge of mental health terminology

Experience using CRM tools

Education

Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council

Completion of an accredited Independent Prescribing (IP) course
