Job summary

A leading insurance company in London is seeking an Actuarial Reporting Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will enhance reporting for regulatory and statutory compliance, requiring experience in General Commercial Insurance and actuarial qualifications. Qualifications

  • Experience in actuarial reporting processes.
  • Ability to explain P&L and balance sheet impacts.
  • Experience with Solvency II technical provisions and IFRS17 requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance reporting for regulatory and statutory purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with external standards and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Actuarial Operational teams.

Skills

Experience within General Commercial Insurance ideally within Specialty Lines
Experience covering Regulatory and Statutory reporting
Good understanding of business area and industry hot topics
Credibility to operate in support of UK Actuarial leaders
Relationship and trust building with senior actuarial colleagues

Education

Appropriate actuarial training and qualification
