Overview

Are you a part-qualified or qualified GI actuary with strong capital modelling skills? Are you seeking to carve out a career in model validation alongside modelling for Insurance-linked Securities? Do you relish the chance to join a worldwide consulting firm?

This is an exceptional opportunity to manage (or assist with) the technical aspects of allocated P&C client assignments, developing and maintaining a high standard of knowledge and understanding of capital modelling, primarily with internal models, in both a Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's context.

Responsibilities
  • Disseminate knowledge to colleagues and, where appropriate, clients, and apply it to deliver best practice as well as innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Technically credible and commercial with strong people skills; ideally with London Market experience and a consultancy or industry background.
  • Excellent practical experience of all aspects of capital modelling, including internal model validation and the Lloyd's Capital Return process.
  • Part-qualified or qualified GI actuary with strong capital modelling skills.
  • Willingness to consider talented exam-stoppers.
