A national policing unit is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join their Continuous Improvement Team. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements to facilitate digital and process optimizations. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create actionable recommendations. Salary: £40,383 - £42,612 per annum
Location: Near Fareham, Hampshire, South East England
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible office hours.
Contract: Permanent.
Join ACRO Criminal Records Office as a Business Analyst in our innovative Continuous Improvement Team, where you'll play a key role in supporting digital and process optimisation initiatives. This is a full‑time role of 37 hours per week, worked over 5 days (Monday to Friday). Flexible working requests will be considered with the successful applicant working a minimum of 28 hours, across 4 days. Working hours can be discussed at interview.
