Corporate Paralegal
The Role

We are currently inviting applications from Corporate Paralegals who are interested in working with a wide range of clients through our Accuflex service, including leading law firms and in-house legal teams.

If successful, you will be considered for corporate paralegal opportunities aligned with your experience, interests and availability. Our clients range from boutique and international law firms to in-house legal teams within banks, financial institutions, media and entertainment companies, and other commercial organisations.

Opportunities can include short-term assignments, longer fixed-term placements, and permanent positions where you may be hired directly by the client.

Typical Responsibilities

Depending on the client and assignment, corporate paralegal responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, investments and joint ventures

  • Supporting with corporate entity management, including incorporations, dissolutions and post-completion filings

  • Preparing and maintaining statutory books, corporate records and group structure charts

  • Assisting with company secretarial work, including drafting board minutes, shareholder resolutions and written consents

  • Supporting corporate governance matters and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements

  • Managing Companies House filings and liaising with company secretarial providers

  • Conducting legal research and preparing transaction documents and ancillary paperwork

  • Assisting with due diligence exercises and document reviews

  • Supporting lawyers and in-house teams with general corporate and commercial matters as required
