This role is ideal for someone with solid practice experience who enjoys the technical side of accounts preparation and providing essential support within a busy team. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department, supporting with compliance tasks and client queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of accounts to trial balance for a range of clients
• General bookkeeping and accurate financial record maintenance
• Supporting senior accountants and partners as required
• Ensuring precision and attention to detail in all financial documentation
• Communicating professionally with clients both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience working within an accounting practice
• Proven ability to prepare accounts to trial balance
