About Our Client

Our client is a medium-sized charitable organisation based in London. They are devoted to bettering lives and are well-respected within the not-for-profit industry.

Job Description

  • Manage daily processing activities - ensuring that money shown as received on CRM systems agrees with actual monies received.
  • Resolving any invoice discrepancies.
  • Gift aid - along with the manager, put together and check gift aid claims. Answer internal gift aid queries.
  • Control the 24 hour coding system - Working with the Customer Services team; release income batches as appropriate. Reconcile the batches outstanding to the income suspense account.
  • Maintain the income suspense account reconciliations.
  • Assisting the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What's on Offer

  • An estimated hourly salary range of £17- £21.
  • Mostly remote working.
