Qualifications

  • Strong experience working in a busy Accounts function.
  • Currently studying/planning to study for ATI qualification is beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Process and log supplier invoices and review employee expense claims.
  • Assist with monthly supplier reconciliations and statement checks.
  • Allocate cash to customer accounts and support debt collection.
  • Assist with export sales documentation and finance paperwork.
  • Perform TSS declarations and liaise with external vendors.
  • Complete transportation cost analysis and provide commentary.
  • Support payroll processing and resolve day-to-day queries.
  • Provide general administrative support within the Finance & Accounts team.

About the Job

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Process and log supplier invoices and review employee expense claims.
  • Assist with monthly supplier reconciliations and statement checks.
  • Allocate cash to customer accounts and support debt collection, liaising with internal teams as needed.
  • Assist with export sales documentation and related finance paperwork.
  • Perform TSS declarations and liaise with external vendors.
  • Complete transportation cost analysis and provide commentary for management review.
  • Support payroll processing and resolve day-to-day queries from customers and suppliers.
  • Provide general administrative support within the Finance & Accounts team, including reception and post duties.
Experience, Skills and Attributes
  • Strong experience working in a busy Accounts function (Essential)
  • ATI qualified or equivalent, or currently studying/planning to study toward this qualification
  • Advanced Excel skills
