Key Responsibilities
  • Processing and reconciling accounts payable invoices, supplier statements and payment runs
  • Managing accounts receivable, issuing invoices, allocating payments and following up on outstanding balances
  • Performing bank reconciliations, petty cash and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting with general ledger postings, journals and accruals
  • Supporting month‑end and year‑end close procedures, preparing supporting schedules and reports
  • Assisting with VAT returns, payroll preparation support and compliance tasks
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity
  • Preparing ad hoc financial reports and analysis for management
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments to resolve queries
  • Supporting senior finance staff with continuous improvement and finance projects
About You
  • Experience in an accounting or finance support role
  • Working toward, or already qualified as, an Accounting Technician
