Job Title: Accounting Manager - Induction Healthcare

Location: Remote, UK with occasional travel to company offices

Reports to: Senior Director of Finance

Work schedule: Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager (Induction Healthcare), will be responsible for the entire finance function of Vitalhub's UK subsidiary, Induction Healthcare, including owning month-end close duties, financial modelling, and financial operations. The role would be ideal for those interested in owning the finance function in a growing software company.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities, while driving process efficiency.
  • Supervise and develop accounting team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with integration of Induction into the finance department and the Netsuite system.
  • Lead financial forecasting and budgeting, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
  • Serve as a key financial partner to the Induction General Manager, delivering timely reports, supporting business planning, and contributing to operational strategies.
  • Assist with the year-end audit.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Essential Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance/Accounting,
  • Qualified ACCA
  • Extensive experience in a similar field, with IFRS experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting software Netsuite is preferred.
  • Experience managing a team
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced demanding environment, with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines with accurate data.
  • Exceptional attention to details and organization skills
