We are searching for an experienced Accounting, Insight and Advisory Manager.

RSM’s Finance Function Support (FFS) team is a market-focused business providing corporate accounting services to national and multinational corporations, focusing on compliance and operational insights.

The Private Business finance support team offers services including bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Accounting, Insight & Advisory team in our Bristol, Reading, Guildford, Milton Keynes, or Leicester offices. You will oversee a client portfolio, manage reporting, and maintain client relationships.

You’ll make an impact by:

  1. Managing a client portfolio, including billing and WIP management.
  2. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of management accounts, VAT returns, and other services.
  3. Resolving issues related to clients’ finance functions and systems.
  4. Supervising junior staff in reconciliations and ledger activities.
  5. Addressing international issues such as VAT, multi-currency, and taxation.
