Let us tell a bit about the opportunity

As an Account Manager you will play an integral part of our experienced and dynamic field sales team, the face of MotoNovo Finance and key drivers behind our success and performance.

You will strengthen and grow relationships with our well established dealerships, while also having responsibility for expanding our footprint across the Warwickshire area.

As a trusted partner you will understand dealership needs and priorities, support their business objectives with our range of products and propositions, and provide training support and guidance to solidify the partnership.

What will your day look like

Our Account Managers are responsible for:

  • Conducting regular dealer meetings to review performance, gather feedback and identify new opportunities
  • Acting as a trusted partner to provide advice, coaching and guidance to motor dealerships
  • Planning and implementing effective sales development strategies for the territory
  • Bringing creativity to generate new ideas and tactical plans to win new business
  • Using data to analyse market trends and provide insights back to the business and to dealers
What do we expect from you
  • An exceptionally high level of understanding in intermediary development and or knowledge within the UK Motor / Finance market
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the business
  • The drive to succeed and a natural flair for building relationships
  • Excellent time‑management and planning skills
  • Fantastic communication, presentation and negotiation skills at all management levels within a business
  • An enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work

The process

Introductory call with our Recruitment Business Partner (30 minutes)

First stage interview via Teams with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes)

Second stage interview to include a presentation (90 minutes)
