A leading motor finance provider in Nuneaton is seeking an experienced Account Manager to strengthen and grow relationships with key dealerships in the Warwickshire area. The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge of the UK Motor / Finance market and excellent interpersonal skills. This full-time position offers hybrid working and a variety of employee benefits.

As an Account Manager you will play an integral part of our experienced and dynamic field sales team, the face of MotoNovo Finance and key drivers behind our success and performance.
You will strengthen and grow relationships with our well established dealerships, while also having responsibility for expanding our footprint across the Warwickshire area.
As a trusted partner you will understand dealership needs and priorities, support their business objectives with our range of products and propositions, and provide training support and guidance to solidify the partnership.
Our Account Managers are responsible for:
Introductory call with our Recruitment Business Partner (30 minutes)
First stage interview via Teams with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
Second stage interview to include a presentation (90 minutes)
