Annapurna are supporting an international Legal Tech business that is looking to expand its UK team after successive years of stained growth. They are looking to hire a talented Account Manager to help them develop and establish long lasting relationships with their growing client list.

What you'll be Doing
  • Speaking to over 300 client contacts on a regular basis.
  • Spotting up‑selling opportunities.
  • Understanding and dealing with any problems the customers experience.
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify new customers.
  • On‑boarding as and when required.
What you'll Bring
  • You'll have 2-3 years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role.
  • You'll come from a legal tech / legal (Law firm, etc.) background.
  • Have experience of managing a large number of accounts at one time.
  • Have the ability to build and develop strong relationships.
  • Be able to spot potential opportunities to up‑sell and push those sales through.
What you can expect
  • Salary of up to £60K (plus an up‑selling bonus).
  • Fully remote role but with regular contact and meet ups with the team.
