By creating exceptional events, Arlettie has established itself as the European leader in organizing unique private sales, both in showrooms and online, bringing together the biggest names in luxury at our showrooms in Paris, London, New York, and Milan. Arlettie's showrooms are designed as showcases that, each week, are adorned with the colors of prestigious fashion, jewelry, leather goods, and accessories brands. The showroom network has been expanded with the launch of an e-shop, bringing the joys of 2.0 shopping to as many people as possible. With a database of over 300,000 customers, Arlettie has developed a calendar of exclusive sales to offer its community a unique shopping experience.

As an Account Manager in London, you will be in charge of the entire organization of our private sales events in the showroom, from the operational planning to the end of sale reporting with the brand partner. A true Arlettie ambassador, you will be the privileged interlocutor of our partner Houses and our operational teams to make each event a success in terms of turnover and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • The organization of the sale in coordination with the brand:
    • Marketing and defining invitations according to the breakdown of customer files
    • Analysis of the product offer
    • Study of price positioning and product segmentation
    • Define the zoning and merchandising for the offer
    • Define the sales objectives (transformation rate and turnover) in coordination with management.
  • Follow-up and management of the sale:
    • Brief our field teams on all aspects of the event: Logistics/Inventory, offer, collection, policy/price, merchandising and daily turnover objectives.
    • Real-time relay with all the back-office teams (management, marketing, HR...) and field teams (floor manager and customer service).
    • Follow up on turnover and objectives
    • Implementation of correct measures after analysis of sales indicators
    • Proposal of marketing actions to optimize conversion rates and turnover in agreement with the brand partner
    • Daily brand reporting
  • Indicator analysis and sales reporting:
    • Reporting detailed sales statistics to the brand partner
    • Sales marketing report
    • Proposal for new operations (event dates, sale structure, location, and commission rate)
Qualifications
  • Coming from a business school background, you justify a similar experience in commercial or merchandising with at least two years in the luxury and fashion industry.
  • A true entrepreneur, you will be responsible for the operating result of each sale and for maintaining your budget. You will be able to manage the sale organisation as a whole (marketing, logistics, team) by solving event-specific solutions and working well under pressure.
  • Smiling, dynamic, enthusiastic, persevering, you are concerned with providing quality service at every sale stage. You are passionate about the world of fashion and luxury and have a natural product sensitivity.
  • You distinguish yourself by your great professional rigour and excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
